Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to take part in the XXII Annual scientific conference, which is the continuation of the long-term project on the comparative study of Jewish and Slavic cultures.

The conference "Object - symbol - sign in the Slavic and Jewish cultural tradition" will be the twenty-second in a series of annual meetings of scientists, since 1995 working on the international project "ulture of Slavs and culture of Jews: dialogue, similarities, differences", carried out by the center of Slavic-Judaica of the Russian Academy of Science (RAS) Slavic studies Institute in cooperation with various scientific and public organizations interested in the dialogue of cultures.

Annual International Judeo-Slavic Academic Conferences
are organized in the framework of the research project (developed from 1995) dedicated to comparative study of Jewish and Slavic cultures and traditions.
The conferences are organized by the Sefer Center and the Institute for Slavic Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, with the support of the AJJDC.
